Temple’s Welcome Back Festival ’11

What started out as a slow block party soon turned into a typical crazy evening in Philly. Shout out to all of the DJs, artists, and everyone who participated and attended the 2011 Welcome Back Festival. Good music, food, fashion and more, this block party was definitely a success.
